Services
Registration is often the most labor-intensive aspect of the
conference planning process. Our registration services
begin with the development of the registration form and
accompanying materials and continue through the final
reconciliation of the conference account. First, we develop
a customized, user-friendly, registration form. Then, we
create a customized database based on your specifications
and the size and scope of the meeting. Next, we design
customized reports that present a clear picture of the
progress of your conference (i.e., number of registered
participants, participant demographics, etc.). Our staff
will respond to all customer inquires, print participant
rosters and ad-hoc reports, and manage on-site
registration. Finally, we settle all accounts and provide a
detailed financial report. We offer these services as a
complete package as well as individually.

knowledgeable Project Manager (PM) leads each team. The
Project Manager coordinates and manages your needs,
including web form development, data entry and quality
control, financial management, reporting, customer service,
on-site deliverables, post-conference consulting,
and much more.
