Housing Management

Infinity Registration offers centralized housing management, to which we apply the same standards of service as we do to registration.

Infinity Registration has relationships with all major hotel chains, giving you the buying power you need to secure the best possible rates for your event.  We will closely monitor your room blocks to avoid over-sell and attrition.  We provide complete housing block management, tracking your room block's inventory in order to maximize your group's room usage, whether in one hotel or citywide. For multiple-property room blocks, we direct bookings so that your usage is maximized at all hotels, in order to minimize any attrition consequences that may occur.

We create custom housing reports and have the ability to download your housing information directly to the hotel to ensure accuracy.  Infinity Registration will handle all room reservation requests and changes.  Allow our friendly, professional customer service staff to answer your attendees’ questions.  We continue to take bookings after the published cut-off date, and replace canceled rooms with new bookings, so that your group receives full credit for all attendees.  We handle cancellations and changes right up until day of arrival. Our staff will be there on-site in advance to ensure a hassle-free arrival for your attendees.

Our housing staff will:

• Develop Housing form

• Follow-up and resolve any housing issues (check-in date, check-out date, etc.)

• Respond to all housing-related inquires

• Secure the best possible venue rates, dates and space

• Ensure you receive the right environment, keeping attendance up and expenses down

• Determine room block requirements for groups; review room block history

• Research hotels and lodging options

• Negotiate hotel contracts to include reduced group guest room rate; complimentary rooms and upgrades

• Arrange ground transportation and shuttle services as necessary
